In times of mass and rapid production, time is the greatest luxury. A square meter of kilim is woven in about a week. In this labor-intensive process, we obtain an object that is exceptional in every respect – no two kilims are identical, just as no two loaves of bread are the same. Kilim combines art with nature. It is not only decorative and practical – it also improves acoustics and warms the interior. Kilim is Polish, even though it arrived from afar. Kilim is traditional craftsmanship for the modern home.
Splot combines the best tradition of Polish handicraft with modern and bold design.
